Described below are the conditions it is necessary to follow to participate in an SMS-service "Who can offer less".
Your participation in an SMS-service "Who can offer less" means that you have read the conditions and agreed with them.
1. General requirements
1.1 The present conditions are determined according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.2 JSC "SMS Media Solutions" reserve the right to review and change the conditions without preliminary notification of the potential participants in the service. Your participation in the service after the introduction of the changes in the conditions means you agree with them.
2. Terminology
A lot: merchandise or product, for which a request to buy is sent by the SMS-service's participants.
A participant of the service: A mobile phone user who sent a request for a lot via SMS to the short number 7711.
A request to buy: An offer in roubles that the service's participant is ready to pay. A request is sent via SMS to the short number 7711.
